Prior to earning an MBA from the Harvard Business School, Brett worked as a restructuring consultant for FTI Consulting. At FTI, Brett advised executives in navigating the complex challenges created by the 2008-2010 recession.
After Harvard, Brett joined McKinsey & Co., advising executives from the Fortune 100® on strategy and operations, focusing primarily on the financial industry.
